Cook's Illustrated Foolproof Vinaigrette

• 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
• 1 12 teaspoons shallots, minced
• 12 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 18 teaspoon salt
• pepper
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

1. Combine all the ingredients and whisk in the oil.
