Grape Jam/Conserve in Port
- 500 g green seedless grapes
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups port wine
- Remove stalks from the grapes and put them in a pan with the sugar and port.
- Heat gently, stirring until the sugar has fully dissolved, then carefully boil, stirring frequently, until the grapes are soft and the syrup is very thick.
- Pour into hot sterilized jars and cover with a lid or air tight seal.
