Vegetable Lo Mein Recipe

  1. Cut the onion into 12 wedges.
  2. Julienne the carrots and pepper.
  3. Cut the broccoli into bite size pcs.
  4. Heat a large wok, then add in peanut oil.
  5. Add in onions and stir fry till they are slightly tender and beginning to brown, about 2 min.
  6. Add in carrots, pepper, broccoli and garlic and continue to stir fry for about 2 min.
