Easy and Fluffy Steamed Cream Cheese Buns
- 100 grams Cream cheese
- 60 grams Sugar
- 2 large eggs Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 90 grams Cake flour
- 1 1/3 tsp Baking powder
- Take the cream cheese and put it in a bowl.
- Microwave it at 500 W for about 50 seconds to a minute until softened.
- Next, beat with a whisk.
- Add in the sugar and mix well until smooth.
- Crack an egg into the mixture and mix.
- Add another and mix until incorporated.
- Add in the milk and vegetable oil and mix well.
- Sift in the cake flour and baking powder, and making a cutting motion with a rubber spatula, mix it in.
- Take paper muffin cups and pour in the batter, dividing it into 8 portions.
- Next in a steamer, add them in and on a low heat setting, steam for about 10-12 minutes.
- Take a bamboo skewer and if it comes out clean when you pierce them, they're done.
