Butterscotch Cream Brownie #A1

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Line 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil; grease foil and set aside.
  2. Combine flour and cocoa; set aside.
  3. Melt 4 ounces dark chocolate in a large glass bowl set over simmering water.
  4. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  5. Add mayonnaise, sugar and brown sugar; whisk to combine.
  6. Whisk in eggs one at a time just until mixed.
  7. Add vanilla and A1 original steak sauce; stir until incorporated.
  8. Add flour mixture; stir just combined.
  9. Fold in remaing dark chocolate and walnuts.
  10. Pour batter in prepared pan.
  11. Bake for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Melt butterscotch chips in a medium glass bowl set over simmering water.
  14. Remove from heat; add cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  15. Beat with mixer until smooth.
  16. Spread butterscotch mixture over cooled brownie.
  17. Melt semiweet chocolate and shortening in microwave on high for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds.
  18. Drizzle over butterscotch-topped brownie.
  19. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until set.
  20. Cut into 20 bars.
