Breakfast Banana Split
- 12 banana, split lengthwise
- 18 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 18 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- splenda no calorie artificial sweetener, to taste
- 14 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon whole grain cereal (such as Kashi Go Lean Crunch)
- Lay banana in a shallow bowl, with each half curving inward.
- In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, and Splenda.
- Spoon mixture between bananas.
- Top with berries, caramel, and cereal.
- Tip: You can substitute any kind of berries in this recipe.
