Easy One-Skillet Stroganoff

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook 10 min.
  3. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream and parsley; mix well.
  5. Bring to boil; cover.
  6. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.
  7. or until crumbles are cooked through (160 degrees F) and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley.
