Chicken Breast and Okra with Pickled Plums and Bonito Flakes
- 1 Pickled plums and bonito flakes
- 200 grams Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 bag Okra
- Remove the skin from the chicken, and butterfly the thick part of the breast.
- Put the chicken in a container, sprinkle with the salt and sake, and microwave for 5-6 minutes.
