Spicy Chicken Meatballs
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 3/4 cups Almond Flour
- 1 whole Egg (large)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Fat Of Choice (olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Or Bacon Fat)
- 1.
- Mix all ingredients (except oil) in a large bowl.
- 2.
- Roll mixture into golfball-sized balls and set them on a plate.
- 3.
- In a large skillet, heat the fat of choice at medium heat.
- Once hot, add the meatballs and cook about 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning them a few times to cook all sides.
- 4.
- Top with your favorite sauce.
- 5.
- Devour!
