Peaches And Cream Cheese Cobbler Recipe

  1. In food processor or possibly with mixer, combine first 7 ingredients.
  2. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
  3. Pour into greased 9" pie pan.
  4. Drain peaches, reserving liquid.
  5. Place sliced peaches in pan.
  6. FILLING: Combine all ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 to 3 min.
  7. Spoon on top of peaches to within 1" of edge.
  8. TOPPING: Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
  10. Cold 2 to 3 hrs before serving.
  11. NOTE: Center will be slightly "jiggly", but should solidify when cooled.
  12. Enjoy this fast and easy dessert.
  13. Serves 6.
