Creamy Tuna Rice Casserole
- 2 can Tuna (drained)
- 1 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese Blend (divided)
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Uncooked Instant Rice
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken and Herb Soup
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix together rice, milk, tuna, 1 cup of cheese and soup and bake for 30 minutes
- Take out and stir.
- Add 1/2 cup cheese, crushed french fried onions and bread crumbs
- Bake for an additional 30 minutes
- Take out and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy
