Tuna Tartar
- 1/2 pounds Fresh Tuna, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2-13 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 whole Lime, Zested
- 1/2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2-13 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Wasabi Powder
- 13 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- 1/2 whole Long English Cucumber, Thinly Sliced (using A Mandolin If You Have One)
- 35 whole Rice Crackers
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- In a large bowl combine tuna, soy sauce, lime juice, zest, sesame oil, olive oil, wasabi and avocado.
- Let the mixture marinate in the fridge for one hour.
- To assemble dip a cucumber slice into the tuna tartar mix (to act as a glue) and add the slice to the rice cracker.
- Top with a spoonful of tuna tartar mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately (do not assemble until ready to serve).
