Chocolate-Raspberry Flan
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (10 g) packagejello-o light raspberry jelly crystals
- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (bittersweet)
- 12 miniature marshmallow
- 34 cup cool whip light whipped topping (any whipped cream will do)
- 14 cup fresh raspberry
- Add boiling hot water to dry jelly powder.
- Stir for 2 min, or untill completely disolved; set aside.
- Place chcolate, marshmellows and whipped topping in a medium microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 min or until mixture is well blended when stirred.
- Add jelly gradually, beating with wire whisk after each addition until well blended.
- Pour into four individual dessert dishes or champagne flutes.
- Refrigerate 4 hours, or until firm.
- Top with a dallop of whipped cream and a raspberry.
- Store left overs in refrigerator.
