Beef Crescent Roll Ups Recipe
- 1 pound grnd chuck (brown and drain)
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls (Pillsbury)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Brown grnd chuck and drain.
- Put a Tbsp.
- of meat into each triangle and roll up as directed on can.
- In saucepan, heat soup, cheese and lowfat milk till cheese is melted.
- Place rolls in a baking dish.
- Pour soup mix over rolls.
- Bake about 15 min or possibly till rolls are golden in preheated oven on 375 degrees.
