Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup canola oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg
- 2 23 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Combine first 8 ingredients together then mix in flour and baking soda, baking powder, salt until thoroughly mixed.
- Then throw in the chocolate chips.
- use 1oz of dough for each cookie.
- bake for 12 minutes.
