Shrimp Chili Sauce Sandwich
- 4 English muffins
- 12 Chili sauce shrimp
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Boiled egg
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- You can also use store-bought chili sauce shrimp.
- Make the tartar sauce.
- Finely chop 1/4 of an onion, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes have passed, rinse off the salt with water and squeeze out the water.
- Mix with the remaining tartar sauce ingredients and it's ready.
- Toast both sides of the English muffins in a toaster oven.
- Top the muffins with lettuce, chili sauce shrimp, and tartar sauce and enjoy!
