Baked Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 pound Elbow Macaroni
- 5 Tablespoons Margarine
- 1 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 8 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
- Cook macaroni until tender
- In a casserole dish layer:
- 1. margarine 2. elbow mac 3. cheese
- Repeat the layers of macaroni and cheese until your dish is full, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top and pour evaporated milk over the entire surface.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes (or until breadcrumbs are toasted and you see cheese bubbling).
- Enjoy!
