Chili Chicken With Caramelized Onions

  1. Pour small amount of olive oil in pan on med heat.
  2. Cut chicken into small strips, and slice onions into 1/2 rings.
  3. Place over olive oil and coat with chili sauce.
  4. Cover until chicken is cooked through and onions are carmelized (about 10 min).
  5. Serve over rice.
