Chili Chicken With Caramelized Onions
- 12 cup chili sauce (sold at Mexican food stores)
- 16 ounces chicken breasts
- 1 medium yellow onion
- Pour small amount of olive oil in pan on med heat.
- Cut chicken into small strips, and slice onions into 1/2 rings.
- Place over olive oil and coat with chili sauce.
- Cover until chicken is cooked through and onions are carmelized (about 10 min).
- Serve over rice.
