Baked Squash And Yams (Vegan) Recipe

  1. Layer the squash and yams in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the veggies.
  3. Bake covered @ 350 F (175 C) for 45 min.
  4. Finish baking uncovered for another 15 min or possibly so.
