Cream Cheese Sandwich (Variation No 4)

• 4 slices brown bread (or wholemeal)
• 2 -3 tablespoons cream cheese
• 8 -12 slices cucumbers
• baby mustard cress (salad cress) (optional)

1. Spread the bread with the cream cheese and top with the cucumber and salad cress, if using.
