Seafood Gratinee Recipe
- 1 pound bay scallops
- 1 pound sm. shrimp
- 1 1/2 pound crablegs (approximately 6)
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 10 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Prepare sauce: Heat butter in saucepan.
- Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
- Stir till bubbly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese, lowfat milk, and cream.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir 1 minute till cheese is melted.
- Prepare seafood: Saute/fry mushrooms in 4 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Add in scallops, wine and lemon juice; simmer 3-4 min.
- Add in cooked shrimp and crab.
- Fold this mix into sauce.
- Divide into ovenproof serving dishes.
- Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle each with 2-3 tsp.
- melted butter.
- Bake 20-30 minute at 350 degrees.
