BBQ Porkwich

  1. Pound chops to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of chops with pepper.
  3. Heat half the oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add 3 chops; cook 4 min.
  5. or until done (160 degrees F), turning after 2 min.
  6. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Repeat with remaining oil and chops.
  8. Return chops to skillet; add barbecue sauce.
  9. Cook 2 min.
  10. or until chops are completely covered with sauce and sauce is heated through.
  11. Fill buns with chops and remaining ingredients.
