BBQ Porkwich
- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1/3 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 6 kaiser buns, split, toasted
- 6 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 tomato, cut into 6 slices King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves
- Pound chops to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle both sides of chops with pepper.
- Heat half the oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add 3 chops; cook 4 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F), turning after 2 min.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Repeat with remaining oil and chops.
- Return chops to skillet; add barbecue sauce.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until chops are completely covered with sauce and sauce is heated through.
- Fill buns with chops and remaining ingredients.
