Taco-roni

  1. Place beefaroni, drained tomatoes, beans, corn, and cumin in large saucepan; stir to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and broken chips just before serving.Each serving provides Vitamin A 8%, Vitamin C 11%, Calcium 12%, Iron 12%
