Taco-roni
- 2 can Chef Boyardee Beefaroni
- 1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Rosarita Premium Whole Black Beans
- 1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 c. broken yellow tortilla chips
- Place beefaroni, drained tomatoes, beans, corn, and cumin in large saucepan; stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and broken chips just before serving.Each serving provides Vitamin A 8%, Vitamin C 11%, Calcium 12%, Iron 12%
