Apple Strawberry Whip Recipe

  1. Place agar in a saucepan with juice.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat for 10 to 15 min.
  3. Add in vanilla and cook for one minute.
  4. Cut all but 6 strawberries in half.
  5. Place cut strawberries in a shallow pan and pour warm mix over them.
  6. Place pan in freezer till set, about 30 min.
  7. Cut jellied juice and strawberries into 2" squares.
  8. Place 2 squares and cashew butter in a blender and process till smooth.
  9. Remove mix to a bowl and blend remainng squares, 2 at a time till smooth.
  10. Whisk blended mix to proportionately distribute cashew butter throughout.
  11. Place into individual serving bowls.
  12. Slice remaining strawberries and proportionately divide among bowls.
  13. Chill till set, about one hour, or possibly place in freezer for 15 to 20 min.
