Spiced Flax Mix Adapted from Fat Flush Diet Plan

  1. toast flax seeds at 200 degrees for at least 1 hour, grind flax seeds til finely processed, mix with remaining ingredients.
  2. ideally store in refrigerator if not used within a couple of weeks.
