Favorite Meatloaf Cups
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 14 cup milk
- 14 cup ketchup
- 12 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 4 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs ground beef
- additional ketchup (optional)
- in a large bowl, combine eggs.
- milk, ketchup, cornflakes, minced onion, mustard, salt and pepper.
- crumble beef over mixture.
- mix well.
- press into 12 foil-lined or greased muffins cups.
- bake at 350 degrees, for 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
- drain before serving.
- drizzle with ketchup, if desired.
