The Ruby Pear Tea Parlor's Cinnamon Chip Scones

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  4. Combine flour and sugar.
  5. Cut in the butter.
  6. Add cinnamon chips and mix well.
  7. Add the evaporated milk and mix well to form dough.

  9. Turn out onto a floured surface.Knead lightly and pat out to 1/2 inch thickness.
  10. Cut out 2 inch scone portions.

  12. Bake for 13 minutes.
