- 6 cups self rising flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 cups cinnamon baking chips
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- Combine flour and sugar.
- Cut in the butter.
- Add cinnamon chips and mix well.
- Add the evaporated milk and mix well to form dough.
- 3.
- Turn out onto a floured surface.Knead lightly and pat out to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cut out 2 inch scone portions.
- 4.
- Bake for 13 minutes.
