Holiday Radish Salad

  1. Julienne a good piece of a radish.
  2. I used Korean, any kind will do
  3. Heat oil in a skillet.
  4. Chop onion to small dice
  5. Saute your onion until golden color and translucent
  6. Chop hardboiled eggs
  7. Now put together: julienned radish, sauteed onions (add to radish while it is still hot), hardboiled eggs, mayonnese, salt and pepper.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Can be served warm or cold
