Holiday Radish Salad
- 3 cup radish
- 1 each onion
- 2 each hardboiled eggs
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonese
- Julienne a good piece of a radish.
- I used Korean, any kind will do
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Chop onion to small dice
- Saute your onion until golden color and translucent
- Chop hardboiled eggs
- Now put together: julienned radish, sauteed onions (add to radish while it is still hot), hardboiled eggs, mayonnese, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Can be served warm or cold
