Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

  1. Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in large bowl with electric mixer.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Heat milk and margarine until very warm, 120u0b0 to 130u0b0.
  4. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl, 2 minutes.
  5. Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
  6. Beat at moderate speed, scraping sides of bowl, 2 minutes.
  7. With spoon, stir in remaining flour to make soft dough. Batter will be thick, but not stiff.
  8. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  9. Stir down and spoon into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  10. Cover and let rise 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 350u0b0 to 400u0b0 for about 30 minutes.
  11. Cool.
