Best Lemon Bars Recipe

  1. Blend butter, 2 c. flour and powdered sugar.
  2. Pat mix into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till browned.
  4. Sift remaining flour and baking pwdr.
  5. Add in Large eggs, lemon juice and rind.
  6. Blend well, spread over the crust.
  7. Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
  8. Cold and cut into squares.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar if you like.
  10. Makes 3 dozen cookie bars.
