Emanon Potatoes

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the potato chips and melted unsalted butter, together in a 9-inch by 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Refrigerate; (can be made the night before.)
  3. Before baking, add 2 cups crushed potato chips and 1/2 cup melted butter to the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers.
