Southwest Roast
- 1 cup Dried Pinto Beans
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 pounds Boneless Arm Roast
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 Oz. Can)
- 1 can Diced Green Chiles, 4.5 Oz Can
- 1 can Ro-tel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies, 10 Oz. Can
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- In a medium-sized crock pot, put beans on bottom and cover with water.
- Lay roast on top of beans.
- Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
- Cook on low setting for 18 to 24 hours.
- Its great with flour tortillas, pico de gallo, etc!
