Southwest Roast

  1. In a medium-sized crock pot, put beans on bottom and cover with water.
  2. Lay roast on top of beans.
  3. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
  4. Cook on low setting for 18 to 24 hours.
  5. Its great with flour tortillas, pico de gallo, etc!

pinto beans, water, roast, cream of mushroom soup, green chiles, rotel diced tomatoes, garlic, cumin, salt
