Chocolate-Covered Bacon
- 1 pkg. (24 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Butcher Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place bacon in single layer on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 24 to 28 min.
- or just until crisp.
- Drain on paper towels; pat dry with additional paper towels.
- Cool 10 min.
- Transfer bacon to waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package; spread onto bacon.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until chocolate is firm.
