Butterscotch Drops
- 6 ounces butter, scotch peices
- 13 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups corn flakes
- On top of a double boiler, melt the butterscotch and peanut butter.
- Stir until completely smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the flakes and mix carfully to not crush them.
- Drop teaspoons of the mix on to a lined baking tray.
- Chill until firm (about 30 minutes).
