Apple and Walnut Crab Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Crab Meat, Shredded, Cooked
- 2 Tablespoons Sauvignon Blanc Wine
- 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 18 teaspoons Sugar
- 18 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 dash Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Apple, Diced Small
- 1/2 Tablespoons Walnuts, Chopped Small
- In a bowl, add crab meat, wine, lemon juice and mayonnaise; mix well.
- Add sugar, cinnamon and black pepper; mix well.
- Fold in apples and walnuts.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve on crackers or on top of a mixed greens salad.
