Jell-O Fruited Squares
- 2 (10 1/8 g) packages strawberry gelatin
- 1 12 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups Cool Whip Topping, thawed
- 1 (398 ml) can fruit cocktail, drained (in fruit juice or light syrup)
- Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water.
- Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups.
- Add to jelly and stir until slightly thickened; removeany unmelted ice.
- Measure 1 cup jelly and fold into whipped topping; pour into an 8-inch pan.
- Arrange fruit on creamy layer.
- Spoon remaining jelly over fruit.
- Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
- Cut into 9 squares.
