Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
- 2 lb. red new potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients; place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 min.
- or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring after 20 min.
- Add bacon and onions to potato mixture; mix lightly.
