Mustard Glazed Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
  2. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  3. Insert meat thermometer at thickest part of meat, making sure it is not touching bone.
  4. Bake uncovered in a 325F oven for 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hrs 15 min or until meat thermometer register 140F degrees.
  5. While ham cooks make glaze.
  6. In a small bowl combine mustard, brown sugar, wine and ginger powder; mix well.
  7. During last 20 minutes of cooking time brush ham with glaze.
