Banana Split Cheesecake Squares Recipe
- 28 sqr Graham crackers, finely crushed (about 2 c. crumbs)
- 1 c. sugar, divided
- 1/3 c. margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 3 x (8-ounce.) pkgs. Philadelphia Low-Fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. egg substitute or possibly 3 large Large eggs
- 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
- 1 c. halved strawberries
- 1 x banana, sliced, dipped in fresh squeezed lemon juice to prevent browning
- 1 x (i-ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- Minced Planters Walnuts and melted semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and margarine or possibly butter.
- Press on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer at medium speed.
- Add in egg substitute or possibly Large eggs, mix till blended.
- Stir in mashed banana.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till center is almost set.
- Remove from oven, set in place away from drafts.
- Cold.
- Chill 12 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Top with strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple.
- Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted chocolate if you like.
- Cut into squares to serve.
