Tart Super Speedy Lemon Whipped Cream

• 200 ml Heavy cream (non-dairy)
• 1 tbsp Your choice of artificial sweetener (or regular sugar)
• 1 tsp Lemon juice

1. Combine the heavy cream, artificial sweetener, and lemon juice in a bowl, then whisk together.
2. It will stiffen right away.
