Hot Fruit Salad

  1. In cup, stir together honey, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon mint leaves.
  2. With tongs, place all fruit pieces on grill over medium heat.
  3. Grill fruit 10 to 15 minutes, until browned and tender, turning fruit occasionally.
  4. Brush fruit with some honey mixture during last 3 minutes of cooking.
  5. To serve, arrange grilled fruit on large platter; drizzle with any remaining honey mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grilled fruit with remaining mint.
