Mexican Cheesecake Recipe

• 2/3 c. finely crushed tortilla chips
• 2 tbsp. butter, melted
• 1 c. cottage cheese
• 3 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
• 4 Large eggs
• 1 ounce. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
• 1 (4 ounce.) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
• 1 (8 ounce.) container jalapeno Cheddar gourmet dip
• 1 c. minced tomatoes
• 1/2 c. minced green onions
• 1/4 c. pitted ripe olives (sliced)

1. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
