Oriental Dressing
- 5 tablespoons diced onions
- 1 12 teaspoons diced garlic
- 1 34 teaspoons dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 5 ounces red wine vinegar
- 5 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 14 teaspoons salt
- 34 teaspoon pepper
- 15 ounces oil
- 6 12 teaspoons honey
- sliced green onion, for garnish
- 6 pieces bacon, fried in strips, cooled and crumbled (discard bacon grease)
- Combine all ingredients, except green onions, in food processor until well blended a minute or two.
- Best served hot poured over spinach salad with bacon, green onions to garnish and hard boiled eggs (opp).
- Can be used cold too.
