Master Mix Recipe - Bisquick Substitute / Copycat

• 8 12 cups flour
• 3 tablespoons baking powder
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 12 cups instant milk
• 2 14 cups vegetable shortening

1. Mix together.
2. Store well.
