Peaches & Cream Cake
- 1 (21 ounce) canlucky leaf premium pie filling
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- Blend pie filling,Cake mix, eggs and sour cream.
- Spread evenly in 13"x 9" baking pan coated with non stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in the center.
- Cool.
- Meanwhile combine cream cheese , butter and vanilla; gradually beat in sugar.
- Spread over cake.
