Melt your mama fish coat

• 2 1/2 cup flour
• 3 tbsp black pepper
• 3 tbsp meat tendered . unseasoned McCormick
• 2 tbsp Weber seasoning cajun
• 1/2 tbsp Morton season all
• 3 tbsp Weber zesty lemon season
• 1 tbsp roasted garlic salt by lawrys

1. Mix all ingredients togather in a gallon zip freezer bag.
2. Shake well add fish filets and shake until fully coated.
3. Deep fry for 6 1/2 min.
4. Remove from frier and enjoy.
