Herbed Goat Cheese and Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

  1. Using 2 1/4-inch round cookie cutter, cut 24 circles from bread slices.
  2. Place goat cheese, parsley, tarragon, chives, lemon zest and pepper in large, resealable plastic bag.
  3. Close bag, and squeeze ingredients until well combined.
  4. Snip one corner of bag.
  5. Squeeze dollops of goat cheese mixture onto bread circles.
  6. Press cucumber slices into cheese, and top with sprigs of watercress.
