Elderflower Sparkler

• 1 pink grapefruit, cut in supremes, extra juice reserved
• 2 tablespoons elderflower syrup
• Sparkling water

1. Cut the grapefruit supremes in chunks and add a few to the bottom of 2 chilled glasses.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of the elderflower syrup to each glass.
3. Divide the reserved grapefruit juice between the glasses and top with sparkling water.
