Speedy Creamy Corn
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine, melted
- 2 (11 ounce) cans white corn, undrained
- 1 cup whipping cream
- salt and pepper
- Stir flour into melted butter in a medium bowl.
- Stir in corn and whipping cream.
- Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Stir, bake an additional 15 minutes.
