Chef Thomas's Traditional Pesto

  1. This recipe is inspired by Chef Paul Gayle... And altered by Chef Thomas(me)
  2. Put all dry ingredients in blender...
  3. Except your salt and pepper
  4. With the motor running slowly pour in the olive oil in a thin stream through the feeder tube and blend until smooth
  5. then add your salt and pepper to taste
  6. makes about 2/3 cup

basil, clove of garlic, nuts, parmesan cheese, evoo, salt
